MarketIQ: Mutual and IP Companies

The information on this organisation may be out of date. We are aware of a data source issue and would advise following the instructions below if you will be using this record for any legally sensitive processes.

Companies with registration numbers beginning ‘IP’ are required to file documents with the FCA, not Companies House. The FCA do not share this information with Companies House on a regular basis nor do they provide a regular feed of information to Experian. Therefore, we are unable to provide document images or updates (e.g. registered address changes). This also means that we may be unable to calculate Financial Stability and other measures.

If you wish to validate this record, the FCA have made information available (much of it freely) via The Mutuals Register Document images are priced at £12.

Experian would like to apologise on behalf of the FCA and Companies House for this issue and assure you that we are working with both agencies to include robust and updated ‘IP’ company information in future.
